Chris’ Thursday Afternoon Forecast

The storm system is moving out and snow around the Northern Mountains will be ending this afternoon.   Behind the storm system skies will be clearing out and temperatures will be dropping to near freezing or even below tonight.   So you’ll want take care of the plants and pets with the colder temperatures!   An area of high pressure will be building over the region for the weekend and this high will keep us dry.   Temperatures will be on a slow rise as we head into the weekend.   By the middle of next week another storm could impact central and northern New Mexico.  This storm could bring another round of rain and mountain snow to parts of the state.
