Chris’ Sunday Evening Forecast

We will have two more warmer than normal days before a storm system moves in and brings much colder temperatures!   Highs for Monday and Tuesday will top out about 5-10° above average. By the middle of the week, we will watch another storm system dive into the Four Corners region.   This will bring the chance for rain to central and northern New Mexico along with more snow to our Northern Mountains and the San Juans in southern Colorado.   It looks like a bulk of the rain/snow will fall in Colorado with only spot showers possible for most of New Mexico.  Despite only spot showers across the state, the bigger story will be the drop in temperatures!   Highs will tumble by 10-15° for the end of the week with lows dipping to near freezing for the first time this season in Albuquerque.
