Rio Rancho quarterback suspended

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Rio Rancho quarterback Steve Bailey has been suspended 20 days by the school for violating it’s code of conduct. How Bailey violated the policy has not been made public. So far this season Bailey has 2,131 yards passing with 17 touchdowns and 4 interceptions.

He is the latest key player out of the Rams lineup. Running back Josh Foley suffered a season ending leg injury while Iowa State bound lineman Grant Hermanns has been sidelined by growth issues. The Rams are in a bye week.
