ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – With the rest of us, Bonefish Grill is making the transition into the fall season. The restaurant’s manager, Matt Johnstone, joined us in the kitchen this morning with a look at some of their most favorite seasonal recipes.
Johnstone demonstrates how he prepares their swordfish and pumpkin ravioli. If you try this at home, you won’t want to forget the feta, crispy onions and truffle butter. Other fish dishes are showcased, along with their pumpkin creme brule. Johnstone then gives us a couple ideas for cocktail pairings with these dishes, all of which are seasonally appropriate.
