Explora demonstrates air flow with “Cool Science”

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Science isn’t always the most popular subject, but there’s one museum trying to change that.

Explora, a museum described as part science center and part kids museum, joined KRQE’s This Morning team to demonstrate a fun science experiment themed Cool Science.

This week, the experiment was all about going with the flow. The demonstration shared how Bernoulli’s Principal works with air flow and the amazing things it can do such as make objects levitate Watch above.

A variety of programs are offered for children pre-K to eighth grade, they include Growing a Scientist, Science to Grow On, Homeschool workshop series, and Robo Task Force.

Not all of Explora’s programs take place at the museum. October 1, Science on Tap begins at 5:30 at Yanni’s Lemoni Lounge. The topic is Biomimicry on Molecule Scale.
