John’s Wednesday Evening Forecast

Drier air works in through the weekend...

Drier air will continue to work into New Mexico from the west through the upcoming weekend. Some moisture will hold on to eastern New Mexico Thursday afternoon. With some daytime heating, expect another round of showers and storm across east central and southeastern New Mexico during the afternoon. Some storms could once again be strong.

The drier air begins to take hold by Friday. Some clouds will hold on across the southern half of the state, but only spot showers will be a possibility. Much of the state will see sunshine over the upcoming weekend, but temperatures will slowly warm between now and then.
