Storms will redevelop this afternoon as we continue to draw in moisture around an area of high pressure and a weather system to our north. Northeast to Southwest New Mexico will see the best shot for scattered storms along with the mountains for Thursday. Albuquerque and Santa Fe will have a shot at storms this evening. After a break on Friday morning, a cold front will then roll into the Eastern Plains during the afternoon. This front will spark another round of storms along the central mountain chain and into the southern half of the state. The front will continue to move farther west bringing better storm chances back to the western half of the state by the start of the weekend. Daily rounds of hit and miss storms will continue through the first half of next week before we dry out again by the middle of next week.
