Ivan Alejandro Guardado-Fuentes

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The teen arrested for doing donuts on I-25 appeared in court Thursday.

The judge denied Ivan Guardado-Fuentes a lower bond.

“Balancing those factors I’m going to require a bond in the amount of $5,000 as stated by background investigations,” said Judge Rosemary Cosgrove-Aguilar.

18-year-old Ivan Guardado-Fuentes was arrested Wednesday night. Detectives believe he was the one driving the black truck.

They believe he pointed a gun at innocent witnesses as well.

Guardado-Fuentes is charged with felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
