ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – A group against a teen curfew spoke out Monday in downtown Albuquerque.

They say a curfew violates their constitutional rights and hurts teens.

“Instead of creating restrictions on our young people, let’s increase involvement in our youth,” said a resident against teen curfew.

The southwest organizing project known as SWOP held the rally.

“We should be invested in our youth and intervention and prevention program and after school program,” said one protestor.
