ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The man accused of repeatedly vandalizing a Nob Hill business with anti-Semitic plead guilty on Thursday. He was sentenced to four years probation.
60-year-old John W. Ng was arrested on federal hate crime charges last year for allegedly targeting the Jewish Nosh Deli and Bakery.
On Thursday, he was scheduled for a change of plea hearing, indicating that he may have made a deal with prosecutors.
Ng has been undergoing mental health treatment since his arrest. He was released to a halfway house pending trial.
