Rail Yards Market offers hands-on education

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Heading into the weekend we have another bi-weekly Rail Yards Market coming up this Sunday. This time around, they’re focusing on education. One highlight will be folks from the Mini Makers Faire; they’ll provide lots of hands on and interactive opportunities for kids to enjoy and learn from.

One of our guests, Elaine, is one of those makers. She is also the owner of Seriously Great Soaps. These soaps and body products are made from scratch in small batches with great care using the finest natural, sustainable and or organic ingredients. Each batch is carefully created with the purpose on focusing on the unique special qualities of the different ingredients. They use pure essential oils.

The soaps are unique because of the care and the particular properties of the ingredients that go into each batch. The packaging is the finishing touch that make them extra attractive. They also make and sell body butter and bath fizz.

And a friendly reminder, the market has new hours. You can head down there from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
