29th Annual Contemporary Hispanic Market hits Santa Fe

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – This weekend, Saturday and Sunday, July 25-26, downtown Santa Fe will be taken over by some of the state’s best and brightest Hispanic artists. The mission of the market is to provide these artists an opportunity to showcase their work. Even more, casual and serious collectors alike will have the chance to meet and visit with these artists, all the while hopefully taking home a new and special addition to their home.

Patrons will see art mediums featuring jewelry, paintings, printmaking, sculpture, photography, furniture, ceramics, weaving, and so much more. Over 100 booths with these goods will be present, including one run by our guest Kenny Chavez.

This is the 29th annual event, with thousands expected to attend. The market will be open and free to the public from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days this weekend. It’ll be in the heart of Santa Fe’s cultural area, on Lincoln Ave.
