Mark’s Thursday Evening Weather Report

Widespread moisture and storms over the state will continue to drop rain through the next couple of days. Here in the Albuquerque metro area, we picked up more storms this afternoon and evening. We’re likely to see things calm down during the overnight hours and then return again on Friday.

There should be enough moisture in place on Saturday to fuel widespread storms from northeastern New Mexico through the southwest. That should include Albuquerque getting another round of rain. High pressure will edge closer to the state next week making storms more scattered than widespread.
