Famous illusionist takes stage in Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – A seasoned stage illusionist is set to perform his one-of-a-kind illusions here in the Duke City.

The illusionist, Michael St. Lyon, designs, builds, and performs all of his illusions as part of his professional production, Magic FX.

Magic FX will feature illusions including disappearing acts, levitation, sword acts, comedy, and much more. St. Lyon will be accompanied by two professional female assistances that will perform a series of technical dance choreography.

There will be two performances open to the audiences on both Friday, July 10 and Saturday, July 11.

The performances will take place at the National Hispanic Cultural Center located at 1701 4th St. SW in Albuquerque at 7 p.m. both evenings.

Tickets range from $14-$34 for children, adults, and senior citizens. The portion of the proceeds from this show will benefit the Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary in New Mexico, a local non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing and providing sanctuary for captive-bred wolves that are endangered.

There will be an autograph and photography session after the performance for children and their families to meet the cast and crew.
