PNM customers’ power restored

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – PNM officials say that power has been restored to customers affected by the Albuquerque outage in the area between Ouray NW and I-40. They say the cause was apparently a lightning strike.

PNM officials say that 1,663 customers were without power Thursday in Albuquerque. Originally, 1,771 customers were without power, but they were able to restore power to 108 people after repairing a pole that was hit. However, it wasn’t until about 6:20 Thursday night that they were able to restore power to customers affected by the outage in the area between Ouray NW and I-40.

For more information on outages in your area, view the PNM outages map.

PNM says the boundaries were north at Scenic Road northwest, south at Vista Alegre northwest, east at Coors Boulevard northwest, and west Double Eagle Road northwest.
