ALBUQUERQUE, N.M(KRQE) – Anthony Balderrama is out of jail after he posted his $5,000 bond. He was in court Tuesday to hear his conditions of release.

The suspect is accused of breaking into Bethany Baca’s home near Martin Luther King and I25.

Police arrested Balderrama after the alleged victim did her own detective work. She used a phone app connected to her stolen laptop to ping its location, right next door.

Baca says Balderrama was selling her stuff on Facebook.
