Chris’ Saturday Evening Forecast

A strong line of thunderstorms are targeting Albuquerque.   Expect high wind, heavy rain, and frequent lightning between now and 8 pm.  These storms will be moving in from the north and will be pushing south.  If you find yourself under one of these storms you’ll want to stay indoors and away from windows until the storm clears and watch out for water covered roads.  These storms will last until the overnight hours and most of the state will wake up to mostly clear skies.   So if you have outdoor plans tomorrow it’ll be best to get it done during the first part of the day.   Storm chances will continue into Monday before we dry out a bit by the middle of the week.  Stay with KRQE for more weather updates.
