Officers arrest 2 men after SWAT situation

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The Albuquerque Police Department responded to a SWAT situation in southwest Albuquerque on Monday and arrested two men.

Officers arrived on the 1200 block of Iron SW at about 3 p.m. Two men, Ramon and David Armas, with warrants for armed robbery refused to cooperate with police when asked to exit the home they were in.

After officials negotiated with the Ramon and David Armas, the two surrendered and officers were able to take them into custody.
