Fitness classes geared to women and moms

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) –  An innovative stroller fitness program helps moms regain pre-pregnancy fitness levels in a supportive environment.

Baby Boot Camp has developed a class that meet the physical challenges of parenting by emphasizing strength training and best part babies are not only welcome to join, they’re a must.

This stroller class offers challenging workouts that do not require either a personal trainer or a baby sitter. It’s an exercise class that balances fitness needs of new mothers and their desire to spend time with their baby.

This unique, but beneficial class is a 60 minute class that caters to all fitness levels. This class caters to all moms from pregnant to new moms and those moms with one or two stroller aged children.

Cardio drills, strength training, and stretching are all apart of Baby Boot Camp.

Other classes are available; small group classes, half-marathon training, and core classes are among them.
