Unique visitor’s center planned to promote South Valley

South Valley

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – People who live in Albuquerque’s South Valley want everyone to know what their community has to offer, so they’ve come up with a unique idea – a pop up visitor’s center.

The community will set it up near Bridge and Isleta and be available to tell visitors about local attractions and sights they should see. Community members want to make sure visitors get the true flavor of the South Valley.

Right now they’re voting on the name of their new pop-up visitor center. Some of the choices include La Entrada Visitor Center; El Camino Travelers Rest; and Marigold Station.
