ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Ever heard of fine-dining-to-go? ABQ Uptown added a restaurant featuring gourmet foods for those on the go.
Fork and Fig opened early February of this year. The eatery offers a selection of salads, sandwiches, paninis, wraps, and burgers using fresh and local products.
Josh Kennon, owner and executive chef, is a native New Mexican who has a lot of experience in the business of cooking. Kennon has worked as a personal chef in Los Angeles and Phoenix. He also has a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu.
Fork and Fig is located on the southeast corner of Menaul and Louisiana.
