Police activity ends in northeast Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Police say they have both suspects in custody and all roads are reopened in northeast Albuquerque.

Around 10 a.m. Sunday, officers responded to a burglary in progress call in the area of Montgomery and Eubank. Upon arrival, police say they were able to take one suspect into custody but another suspect fled on foot.

A perimeter was set up in the area so canine teams could search for the outstanding subject.

Roads were blocked off for about 2 hours.

KRQE will have more information as soon as it’s available.
