Roswell city employee arrested on drug charges


ROSWELL, N.M. (KRQE) – An employee with the city of Roswell has been arrested in a federal drug case.

46-year-old Arthur Luna was taken into custody by D.E.A. agents and Roswell Police this morning.

According to the criminal complaint, Luna was one of 10 people involved in trafficking marijuana through Roswell. Luna is charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, as well as conspiracy.
