SANTA FE (KRQE) – After three days on the run, police say they’ve just arrested the suspect in a bizarre road rage case. Police say the disturbance happened Friday evening at the intersection of St. Michael’s Drive and Calle Lorca when 33-year-old Estevan Garcia pointed a rifle at another driver because he didn’t pay attention to a changing green light not once but twice.

It was after the other driver missed the green arrow the second time that police say Garcia got out of his car and approached the driver. Words were exchanged. Then the victim got out of his car and followed Garcia back to his vehicle and that’s when Garcia revealed a rifle in his car. Garcia then drove away.

Police say he was just arrested in Los Alamos.
