ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The former Metro District Court transport officer accused of raping a female inmate is out of jail Friday night.
In court, a judge agreed to keep Enock Arviso’s bond at $25,000. He has already posted that bond.
The alleged victim says Arviso raped her Monday inside an elevator at district court while she was handcuffed and shackled.
According to the criminal complaint, Arviso initially denied the incident but later admitted having sex with her.
Arviso has resigned from MDC.
