A series of weak weather disturbances will track across the northern mountains through the weekend. While none of the storms has a great deal of punch by the time we are all said and done, on Monday we could see inches of accumulating snow over the highest terrain. Meanwhile here in the Albuquerque area we won’t see much in the way of showers but we will see cool temperatures and gusty winds through Saturday. Temperatures are moderate on Sunday with less wind and highs will top out in the low 70s. There is a chance for a major pattern shift heading into the middle of next week. This shift could mean much more in the way of rain and snow.
