ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE)– The All or Nothing boxing card goes on on Saturday night at the Albuquerque Convention Center. The Doors open at 6 p.m. and the first bell rings at 7 p.m.
Local fighter Josh Torres is riding a two fight win streak coming into this one against Ronee Ganoy for the WBC USNBC Super Lightweight Title.
“All of the hard work that I am putting in, all of the dedication, you know the hunger that I have, the youth, you know its all going to pay off “, said Torres about the upcoming fight.
Torres has his work cut out for him though as heavy handed Ganoy is known for his KO power getting 36 wins and 32 of them by way of knockout.
They will be the final bout in the All or Nothing Fight Card, and Torres has put a lot into this fight both in and out of the ring.
“You know I work full time cutting hair and I love doing what I do. I love to cut hair and I love to fight, so it is tough but I have my family to support me. I have a wife and I have a baby boy he is 3 years old. So they motivate me. It makes it all worth it, at the end of the day I know that all of the hard work is going to pay off because I have them to come home to”, said Torres.
