First ever Food Truck & Craft Beer Festival comes to ABQ

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Get excited for the first ever food truck festival in Albuquerque. All are invited to check out a delicious array of cuisine from 20 food trucks from the Albuquerque and surrounding areas. Featuring everything from Latin American Street food with New Mexican flair, to Green Chile Bacon doughnut burgers, there will be something for everyone, not to mention beer. Be sure to grab your blankets and lawn chairs to picnic and enjoy the scene. There will be free face painting for kids and music for everyone to enjoy.

Local food trucks Hot Off The Press and The Greek Geek came down to the station with their best food ready. Be sure to look for them when you head out to the big event.

The festival is this Saturday, April 11. General admission is from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and the cost is only $5. Kids under 12 are free. Buy tickets in advance at or buy them at the gate with cash only.
