A warmer afternoon is ahead for most of New Mexico with breezy conditions in the north. There’s a small chance for an isolated shower around the north today, but there’s still not enough moisture in place so any showers that do pop up will be on the dry, gusty side. It will be a pleasant start to your weekend, but by Sunday a storm system starts to roll in. This will bring increasing clouds and showers chances to southern New Mexico on Sunday afternoon. By Monday, central and eastern NM will have a better shot for picking up some beneficial rain. Stay tuned!
