Isotopes are ready to start first year under Rockies


ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – They have a new skipper, new players and new feel. The Albuquerque Isotopes first year as an affiliate of the Colorado Rockies will get underway Thursday when they host the Reno Aces. The team held it’s Media Day Monday. There were pictures in the morning and batting practice in the evening.

Isotope’s skipper Glenallen Hill has some of the Rockies top prospects on his roster. There are four first round picks and 16 players with Major League experience.
