CARLSBAD, N.M. (KRQE) – The city of Carlsbad, N.M. is now offering an incentive to home developers.
Carlsbad’s Department of Development is proposing an incentive plan to encourage developers to build more affordable housing. The city is giving $15 per square foot up to a maximum $22,500 handout.
