Smith’s recalls select baked goods

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Smith’s Food and Drug Stores are recalling select baked goods.

Smith’s Bakery Fresh Carrot Cake may contain walnuts that are not listed on the label. Smith’s says, the only safety issue is for people with a walnut allergy and there are no other safety concerns for people without a walnut allergy.

Smith’s is alerting customers who recently purchased the product via phone calls and receipt messages.

Smith’s says, they will fully refund customers that take the carrot cake back to stores.
