ABQ 365 talks end-of-March events

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Tania Armenta from ABQ 365 joined KRQE This Morning to talk about end-of-March events.

With springtime upon us, there are tons of events to take part in that represent the season.

The March Madness Flower show, located at the ABQ BioPark Botanical Gardens is a sure way to kick off spring. All this week, visitors can see spring in full bloom.

For those who are need a football fix, there’s a new professional indoor football team in town. The Duke City Gladiators will be having their first home game this Saturday, March 28, at Tingley Coliseum.

Also on Saturday, head to the National Hispanic Cultural Center to celebrate Cesar Chavez Day. This free event will have live performances and food.

The New Mexico Chile Bike Tour also begins this weekend along with all the rest. This 3.5-hour tours with Routes, Rentals, and Tours will take riders through some of the Duke City’s most scenic locations while tasting food at designated “rest stops.”
