The 2015 Southwest Chocolate and Coffee Festival is a two-day event that begins Saturday, March 21, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

There is an abundance of kitchen demonstrations going on throughout the weekend from brewing methods to Southwest Dairy Farmers, which even includes cow milking.

On Sunday, there will be a Best Chocolate Cookie and Cake Baking Contest.

Plenty of samples will be given from all the vendors; many recognizable names have a booth.
