Politicians Shoot Hoops for a good cause

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE)- Santa Fe High School Gym played host to this years Hoops 4 Hope. A legislative basketball game that has the New Mexico Senate face off against the House.

The House was renamed the Aggies and they were coached by Hall of Famer Lou Henson. The Senate were named the Lobos and they were coached by Lobo football coach Bob Davie. It was not the best basketball game, but it was for a great cause.

The Senate Lobos would go on to win 35 to 29 over the House Aggies, but the real winner would be The UNM Cancer, as this event raised $22,350.
