Police find burglary suspect hiding in closet

CARLSBAD, N.M. (KRQE) – For three weeks, New Mexico State Police had been looking for a serial burglary suspect and they finally found him in a closet.

Police say they had to haul Kenneth Allison out of a closet to arrest him. They tracked him down to a friend’s house in Carlsbad.

Allison has been charged with 18 counts of forgery, receiving or transferring stolen property and failure to pay child support.
