ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – February is heart month and doctors everywhere have been promoting the benefits of healthy lifestyles and how to maintain a healthy heart. Some have given tips on how to avoid heart disease which is a leading cause of death in the United States.

Local physician Dr. Reba Eagles stopped by KRQE This Morning with tips on how to do this, but with a different approach than most are used to. She specializes in Chinese medicine and suggests that people utilize their approach to medicine in maintaining heart health and general wellness, as well as avoiding disease and other ailments.
