Chris’ Saturday Night Forecast

Snow is beginning to fall in parts of northern New Mexico and it will continue to fill-in overnight and intensify after midnight for Northern New Mexico.   The snow chances will continue to expand over the north and into eastern New Mexico by Sunday evening.   The snow will continue to fall into Monday morning.   So this isn’t going to be a one day event.  Instead we are looking at a couple of rounds for Northern and Eastern New Mexico over a 48 hour period.   In Albuquerque, the big weather story will be the 20° temperature drop for afternoon highs along with wind gusting around 45 mph throughout Sunday.   Stay with KRQE News 13 for more weather updates.
