ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Dropping the “L” bomb is taking on a whole new meaning with a new fundraiser that is being launched.
Calvary Albuquerque is starting the Reload Love Campaign to help support a series of projects in the Middle East this year.
This non-profit organization is working to raise money and awareness for children who have been victims to violence in the Middle East.
Reload Love is aiming to raise $50,000 this year to support a series of efforts to aid refugee children and youth who may have been abused by ISIS and are living in displaced communities.
The Reload Love is accepting donations on Valentine’s Day weekend at the church, over the phone and online.
Visit Calvary Albuquerque at 4001 Osuna on Saturday, Feb. 14, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. and Sunday, Feb. 15, from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
