SANTA FE (KRQE) – A settlement hearing is taking place Tuesday for the case involving a former Santa Fe police officer who is accused of stalking seven women.
In December 2012, the Santa Fe Police Department was sued by seven women who said Michael Eiskant used his power to stalk them.
The suit also says that the Chief Ray Rael was the city’s HR compliance officer at the time and knew what Eiskant was doing and didn’t stop it. Rael never many any apologies about how he handled the case.
KRQE News 13 will provide details on what takes place at the settlement hearing when they become available.
