ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Even those who are not extremely interested in watching the biggest football game of the year often like the commercials.
Adam Greenhood, executive creative director of the marketing firm Esparza, joined KRQE This Morning to discuss the best and worst ads from this year’s Seahawk-Patriot game.
Greenhood gave details on his overall impression of the ads, the process of developing ads and which were a hit with audiences and which were not.
The Budweiser commercial with the puppy was rated the number one rated spot according to Greenhood. He said that they created a formula that will bring out emotion.
The one that didn’t work was the Nationwide spot due to the fact that it might have crossed the line and caught everybody off guard.
Greenwood mentions how overall all the ads were more serious than previous years.
