After a snowy start to the day in many areas of the state, quieter weather takes over through the weekend. The main weather concern Thursday will be freezing fog. Moisture at the surface and cooling temps will make fog formation easy to come by in western and central sections. Given that temps will be below freezing, the risk for freezing fog and slick travel conditions are very real. As temps warm Thursday the fog will lift. Mostly sunny skies will rule through the weekend with warming temps.
