Challenge planned to help New Mexicans get fit

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE)- The goal is to lose 10,000 pounds of fat. The how is to sign up for the New Mexico Expo.

G-Force Gymnastics is joining together with Visalus Life Sciences to bring the NM Expo to help New Mexicans get fit.

This 90-day challenge includes four categories; weight loss, Vi model, couple challenges and a family category.

Registrations for groups of 10-12 people will be available to those who want to be a part of a team to work out and get healthy.

To sign up, arrive at G-Force Gymnastics on Saturday, Jan. 17 between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m.

If you can make it at 9 a.m., join the optional free fitness Zumba class, sponsored by G-Force.

Those taking this challenge will have until April 4 to lose at least 10 pounds and those who do, Visalus Life Sciences will donate 90 meals to a kid in need.
