APD, Walgreens team up for charity

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The Albuquerque Police Department and Walgreens are working together to raise donations and gather winter clothing for the homeless and less fortunate in the city.

Now through Dec. 21, they will accept clothing to distribute around the city. Residents can drop donations off at Walgreens all over Albuquerque. Walgreens hopes to make a big impact this holiday season with extra help from the police department. Walgreens is also offering a lot of services and programs at their store locations, including their flu shot program.
