Missing corgi reunited with owner

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – A corgi dog named Dodger who was lost after a crash is finally back home with his owner. The two were reunited Saturday morning. The little guy had gotten national attention after he went missing last month.

Carly Cain and her son got into a crash on Interstate 40 near the Sky City Casino and Dodger bolted. A couple found him near there 18 days later and barely alive.

His vet said he had been so dehydrated that his brain had swelled up. Dodger spent days on an IV at an emergency vet clinic in Albuquerque.

Corgi lovers across the country are helping pay Dodger’s vet bills and helped make this reunion possible.
