Assistance League of ABQ to host Christmas Faire

Christmas Faire takes place this weekend

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The Assistance League of Albuquerque plans to host an event this upcoming weekend to benefit the ongoing services they provide the Albuquerque community. It is happening from 5 to 8 p.m. Nov. 8. The event has been named, “Ye Olde Christmas Faire,” as it is going to be a preview of their Christmas shop. KRQE’s Dean Staley will make an appearance.

The Assistance League of Albuquerque is a nonprofit, all-volunteer, nonsectarian organization with more than 120 chapters nationwide.

Whether raising money in the Assistance League Thrift Shop, obtaining grants and donations, or managing several philanthropic programs, members of the Albuquerque chapter work together to help clothe children, aid victims of abuse, and help seniors in the community improve the quality of their lives.
