Jason Loera is facing child pornography charges. His trial date has been rescheduled.

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The trial for the democratic political consultant who was also linked to the hacking of Governor Martinez’s e-mail has been delayed again. Jason Loera is charged with possession of child pornography. His trial was supposed to start Wednesday, it’s now set for Dec. 8.

The FBI found sexually explicit images of children on his computer when they searched his Albuquerque home in 2012 while investigating the governor’s hacked email case. Martinez’s former campaign manager, Jamie Estrada, was sentenced earlier this month to nine months in federal prison for his role in the hacking case.
