Animal Humane hosts Pittie Party

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Animal Humane has done a lot this month to honor Pit Bull Awareness Month, and one final way to show their appreciation for the breed is by throwing a huge Pittie Parade this weekend. It will be this Saturday, October 25, at ABQ Uptown. It’ll kick off at about 9 in the morning, and go until 3 in the afternoon. There will be lots of puppies and dogs up for adoption at the event, and lots of fun activities going on. the puppies and dogs you see above will actually be at the event (unless they are adopted before hand), and will be available for adoption. Free educational resources and specialists with the breed will also be available, so new owners can better understand the Pit breed.
