ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – If you need free legal advice, Law-La-Palooza will be from 3-6 p.m. today at the West Mesa Community Center. Lawyers, judges and other will give free legal advice on a number of issues. It’s first-come, first-served, so get there early.

Time for another solar eclipse. A partial one will happen today when the moon will move in front of the sun. We’ll see it starting about 3 p.m. Remember, don’t look directly at the sun without special glasses. You can get them and check out the eclipse at the New Mexico Museum of Natural History and Science.

Today we should know what will happen to the woman accused of kidnapping her own kids from Albuquerque and taking them to England almost 20 years ago. Eileen Clark’s attorney says she’s changing her plea to guilty, for international parental kidnapping. One report from Britain says she won’t go to prison.

The reward money to find out who killed Jasper the Tasmanian devil at the ABQ Biopark Zoo has doubled. It’s now at $10,000 after Laurel Westman of Corrales saw this on the news and offered another $5,000 of her own money.
