ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – AT&T customers listen up. The company has agreed to refund customers a total of $80 million for bogus charges. It’s part of a $105 million settlement in unauthorized charges on your phone bill.The FCC says AT&T was keeping part of the over charges. They were usually $9.99 a month for services like trivia, horoscopes and love tips that showed up in bills.

About 100 Marines are headed to West Africa bringing helicopters and other transportation to aid workers this morning in the fight against the Ebola outbreak. Meanwhile, Thomas Eric Duncan, the first person to be diagnosed with Ebola in the U.S.,  has died in Dallas. Now authorities are closely watching a sheriff’s deputy who was in his apartment.

Police need help solving the murder of a man in Rio Rancho. David Pickett, 57, was shot and killed in his home on July 16. Police now say this was a home invasion and think one or two people came into the house and opened fire.

Here are some events you don’t want to miss at the Balloon Fiesta today. The Special Shape Rodeo starts at 7 a.m..They’re the only balloons to launch from the field both today and tomorrow. The Special Shape Glowdeo is tonight at about 5:45 p.m., followed by the Afterglow Fireworks Show.
